Appointments are subject to a £30 booking fee, this payment is redeemable from a purchase of a gown/accessories.
Once you submit your appointment request form, we will generally contact you within the hour to confirm that we have the slot available or look at an alternative date, so please check your JUNK MAIL as often our replies with go there. We will hold a slot for you for 24 hours, giving you time to confirm, pay the appointment deposit and complete your pre appointment questionnaire.
APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT MADE UNTIL YOU REPLY TO CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE AND PAY THE APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT.
